At CGC, we feel that teaching children is a privilege and a blessing. We look forward to seeing real growth in the lives of all of our children as we support and reinforce Christian values in the home.

 

Our children’s ministries exist to teach and provide activities that lead our children to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, help them grow in the likeness of Christ, and seek to create a desire in our children to serve Him.

Elementary:  Berry Blast Theme Park!

Twitch, the newest employee at Berry Blast Theme Park has a lot to learn about what makes a great park employee. In order to be the best Berry Blast has to offer, Twitch has to master joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, and love. It's a good thing he has Bernie to train him. Grab your tickets and get in line as help Bernie helps Twitch face life's difficulties using the ultimate fruit, the Fruit of the Spirit.

Pre-School:  Upsidedown Town!

Come one come all, Whether big or small, Whether summer or winter or spring or fall.  Join Jennie and Bobby and a host of friends as they solve the problems to happy ends.  Along the way they learn to live, the way God wants, like give and forgive.  Keep your spirits up and get ready to get down, as we all have fun in Upsidedown Town!

Children experience Bible learning within small group classrooms that offer a variety of fun, interactive experiences to help them learn in the ways kids learn best.  We also help kids learn how to apply Biblical concepts and stories to their everyday lives throughout every week.

Sunday Mornings 10:00am-11:15am
Ages 3 years old – 5th Grade

In Children's Worship we sing, shout and celebrate God's goodness, mighty works and unconditional love.  We then provide Biblical learning utilizing fantastic animations, music, and graphics to teach Bible concepts and stories.   This is a special time just for preschool through elementary children where they focus on God in a personal way. They experience worship though uplifting songs, crafts and fun Bible learning.

Wednesday Evenings 6:30pm-8:00pm,   Weekly Review for Olympians - 6:15-6:30pm

With the Word of Life Gopher Buddies & Olympians Bible Clubs, Wednesday nights are a time of singing, games, crafts, Bible lessons, and helping children understand how they can have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  We endeavour to lead each child to an understanding of foundational scriptural truths. The weekly Bible study, combined with parental interaction at home, will affect changes in the character of each child.
